Where we do it

Our home base is the capital city Wellington, often referred to as the “coolest little capital city in the World”,  the Wairarapa, the jewel in the New Zealand agricultural crown and the Marlborough Sounds, home to 90% of New Zealand’s Sauvignon Blanc vines, however as there is so much to do in NZ, we can take our expertise to most parts of the country.

What is there to do?

So you think you know New Zealand? Been here so many times doing the same the thing? Sheep, sheep and more sheep? Surely I must be able to meet and engage with a Kiwi?

The Beehive DMC can offer you and your clients something different. Welcome to the REAL New Zealand where you will encounter a REAL Kiwi on every street corner or at every paddock gate!

From a glorious dinner under the Dome of the Planetarium where you can be rewarded with a Star named in your honour or learn how to create “silver screen” monsters at your Weta Workshop experience?

With a phone in your pocket, everyone’s a photographer these days…learn from a professional the best way to capture THAT image against a back drop of pristine native bush or the illuminous night skies of the Wairarapa.

Your staff not listening? Are clients not heeding your advice?   The Beehive DMC has the solution. A specially designed encounter acclaimed by leading business and sporting personalities, as the best leadership and communication course ever experienced.

If you need a team building activity that is fun yet purposeful, then we can design the most appropriate, creative challenge for your staff. We guarantee it will be talked about for years!

For meeting spaces of a different nature, we offer a variety of beautiful spaces in unusual places.   From breweries to private homesteads to heritage-listed buildings, we can find a venue to suit most events, both indoors and out!

Need inspiration? Meet local business people, entrepreneurs and raconteurs who combine hard work and innovation with a work/life balance. Enjoy the company of industrious people who have had to innovate and diversify to ensure the longevity of their forebears’ legacy. Of course, there are some clever “townies” as well but above all, there are some great stories waiting to be told!
